Not the best of weekends

In addition to last week’s snow, we took four animal over to VSH in Durham. The Veterinary Specialty Hospital along with Dr. Cindy Godshalk of East Coast Veterinary Imaging donated their facility, services, and staff to ultrasound and radiograph four of our animals. Meet Mason and Dixie

Not too long ago, we suffered a few losses in our department. Our ferrets Tinkerbell, Al, Casper and Fluff&Stuff succumbed to their illnesses. Ferrets are susceptible to diseases such as Adrenal Failure and Insulinoma. The two ferrets I personally owned died from these diseases as well.
