Recently I did a Mothers Day post and thought I would give the Dads some credit too.

Emperor Penguin- The males are the ones that balance the eggs on top of their feet and keep them warm  for two months before they hatch.

Sea Horse- The monogamous male is the one who gets pregnant. The female deposits her eggs into the male which is where they are fertilized. He can hold up to 1,000 of them!

Wolves- This picture is actually one of our old male wolves taking care of one of his pups. These guys can be monogamous as well and tend to take care of obtaining the food while mom is with the pups in the beginning.
