Yona on Ice!

With the cold weather in the past month the pool in the bear exhibit froze over. It was so frozen that the middle pool could actually hold the weight of the bears! Typically, the bears tend to avoid the snow and ice but on this particular day I guess Yona was feeling playful! Snow Day

Christmas 2014

Prep started yesterday: find the head lamp make sure camera is working review all logbook tasks and talk to the Keepers about any questions make sure tasty food is on my desk set alarm for 5 AM I arrived on grounds around 5:15.
