Hi. I am looking forward to Watermelon Day. The Facebook post about this event said to bring a watermelon. Two questions – 1) will the red wolf family be eating watermelon? 2) there is no way that I can carry a watermelon all the way to the bear/red wolf exhibits, so how can I get the watermelon to the keepers there?
Kristin, we will offer watermelon for the wolves but who knows what they will do.
Also, all watermelon donations are to be left at the front desk. See you Monday
